Has been the distinguished Chairman from inception in 1975. He is a very successful Lawyer and Industrialist of International repute.

He is presently Chairman to several thriving business organizations - too numerous to mention, while also serving as Director on the Board of many companies. His business interests are multi faceted encompassing, manufacturing, banking and insurance.

Engr. David G. Adeniran

He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. He is a professional Engineer of many years standing. He joined the company in 1980 and moved through the ranks to become the Chief Executive in January 1995. 3M, at all its major installations around the world, have trained him.

Engr. Henry C. Omo

He is a professional Engineer with diverse corporate experience in Finance and Law, and considerable management experience acquired over the years with NIDB. He presently manages a chain of business concerns, while serving as Chairman of the Board for a number of successful companies, including Unity Life and Fire Insurance Company Limited.

Mr. Ademola Oredugba

He is a highly skilled Marketing professional with over 25 years of 3M experience. He joined the company in 1980 and moved through the ranks to become the Sales & Marketing Director in January 1995. He has also been exposed to all the major 3M facilities around the world.
